Paris Hilton is giving love a chance, again. Page Six says Carter Reum, 40-years-old, asked for Hilton’s hand in marriage on the 13th of February after dating for just over a year (a new report from Vogue revealed first).

The outlet says Reum asked Paris to marry him with an emerald-cut diamond designed by Jean Dousset. During a conversation with the fashion outlet, Paris explained how excited she was to be getting engaged to him, describing their romance as one of “equals.”

Hilton went on to say that she and her man make each other “better people,” and it was “worth the wait.” In photographs released to the public, Paris could be seen wearing a white Retrofête dress among other pieces of luxurious clothing.

Her sister, Nicky, was also there wearing a cheetah print dress. Via her IG this Wednesday, Hilton declared that finding Reum was like finding her soulmate, urging her followers to pay attention to the feeling because when it comes, it’s so easy to tell that the person is the right one.

As it was previously reported, Reum and Hilton insinuated they were dating in January of 2020, but it was never confirmed by either party, it was merely speculated by their fans and the tabloid media. Furthermore, they were spotted hanging out at a Golden Globes party.

In April, they appeared to confirm that they were dating when they shared a photo of each other kissing on IG. During their chat with Vogue, Reum said to reporters that he got to know who Paris really was during their first date.

Additionally, Hilton and Reum explained how they have been trying to get married for a long time, moreover, Hilton has been trying to undergo IVF as a way of having a baby. This isn’t the first time Paris has praised him either. During a conversation with Maria Schiavocampo on her podcast, Hilton explained how Carter was the man for her and she practically knew it right away.

Fans of Paris know she has been in love before. In fact, she was previously in a relationship with Chris Zylka but they called it off in November of 2018.
