What is Back To The Future Day I hear you ask! Well, today is the day, in the film, Dr. Emmett Brown and Marty McFly appear in Hill Valley, Calif., at precisely 4:29 p.m. on Oct. 21.

Fans all over the world are celebrating today, and many companies are also jumping on the band waggon. Everyone from State Police, to Pepsi, to Nike, and even McFly have tweeted about this wondrous day. While we may have not have the hoverboards and flying cars the movie promised many predictions from Back To The Future II have in fact come true. Video Calling, Self tying Laces (according to Nike now on their way) and even Google Glass!

If you’re in the UK, this afternoon from 4:29pm ITV2 will be showing all three films back to back, and there is even a little treat in there from Keith Lemmon and Friends.
